COVID-19 Update

The safety of our clients, staff and community are of utmost importance.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves throughout North America, we wanted to take a moment to let you know of the precautionary measures we continue to follow to help ensure the safety and health of our customers and employees.

These measurements include:

• Crews are sanitizing truck interiors and moving equipment with antibacterial cleaning products at the beginning and ending of every job.
• We are staggering our crew start times to limit the number of people arriving at the office together.
• Enhanced cleaning protocols within our offices, with focus on high traffic areas and high contact areas.
• Employees will practice social distancing on the job sites, expect an introduction but not a handshake.
• Employees are required to frequently wash their hands and use hand sanitizer.
• Sales personnel are encouraged to do virtual and/or phone surveys to help limit contact.
• All employees displaying symptoms have been advised to stay home.
• All customers are being called and asked screening questions prior to surveys and moves.
